Profile: She brings a wealth of experience from the public sector and a commitment to make EAZ an even better organization to be a part of. Natasha has a BA in Economics and a MSc in Project Management. In addition, she is a certified member of the chartered institute of Insurers (CII UK). She also has over 8 years of experience in public service, having worked for a public pension scheme and is currently working for the Regulator in Zambia’s insurance sector (PIA) as a Development Analyst. She believes in Integrity, transparency, and accountability as key leadership principles. These are principles embedded in everything she does.
