His experience spans from finance, treasury, risk management, financial analysis, economics, regulatory compliance, and policy formulation. His philosophy of imparting and sharing knowledge propelled him to begin his career in part time lecturing at the University of Zambia, Cavendish University and North rise University in the field of Economics and Finance related disciplines for over 10 years. Darius is currently working at the Bank of Zambia and one of his critical roles is ensuring that financial service providers have well-established risk management frameworks and processes.
