Profile: Mr. Emmanuel Zulu is an articulate and analytical individual; Economist by profession who studied from the University of Zambia. He is also a holder of certificates in consumer protection law and policy enforcement, compliance management and detection of market competition law violations, statistical analysis as well as Monitoring and Evaluation. Emmanuel believes in self-reinvention and is a finalist MBA – Economics student as well as a Master of - Project management student at the University of Zambia. He is a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with over 10 years of work experience in Fair trading law enforcement as well as business management. He has managed market competition and consumer protection law enforcement, economic crimes analysis, case data base formulation and management as well as formulating and implementing advocacy and awareness programs whilst he was employed as Senior Economist (Provincial investigator) for the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission under the Ministry of Commerce Trade and Industry in Zambia from 2013 to 2019.

He has done multiple works as a consultant or resource person on Sovereign Finance Management and public debt for several organizations in Zambia. • Mr Emmanuel Zulu is also a member of the Zambia Institute of Directors. Member of The Economic Association of Zambia as well as a member of the Zambia Chamber of Commerce and industry. Ambition.....
