Iam an Experienced Economist, SCM professional, Logistician and Financial Analyst with over ten years experience in both local and International firms. With a deep commitment to the advancement of our profession and a vision for collaboration and growth, I humbly seek your support to serve in this capacity. Vision Statement: My vision for the Economics Association of Zambia is one of unity, excellence, and impact. I envision an association that empowers its members, fosters innovation, and plays a leading role in shaping economic policy and discourse in our nation. Key Initiatives: 1. Strategic Planning and Governance: I will work closely with the President and other executive members to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the association's goals and objectives. By ensuring effective governance and accountability, we can enhance the association's effectiveness and relevance. 2. Membership Engagement and Outreach: Engaging and empowering our members is essential for the vitality of our association. I will strive to create opportunities for members to actively participate in association activities, contribute their expertise, and connect with peers in the field. 3. Professional Development and Mentorship: Investing in the professional development of our members is paramount. I will champion initiatives to provide training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities for economists at all stages of their careers, ensuring a vibrant and skilled workforce in our profession. 4.
