The following are the Terms and Conditions of EAZ membership:

  • The membership to the Association binds you to a non-political, non-partisan, non-commercial and non-sectarian organisation founded by mutual consent of members.
  • The name of the Association or the names of any members in their official capacities shall not be used in any partisan interest or for any commercial concern or for any purpose not appropriately related to promotion of the purpose and objectives of the Association.
  • The Association shall not directly or indirectly participate or intervene (in any way, including the publication or distribution of statements) in any political campaign on behalf of, or in opposition to, any candidate for public office; or devote any substantial part of its activities to attempting to influence legislation by propaganda or otherwise.
  • Members of the Association may cooperate with other legal organizations and agencies, but persons representing the Association in such matters shall make no commitment that binds the Association, unless with the express authority of the National Executive Committee.
  • The member will not hold the Association or other members liable for any damage, financial loss, action or inaction, in the normal conduct of the Association’s business.
  • The member agrees to provide factual information in the membership application form and confirms the same to be correct. The Association shall will not share members’ personal information unless for official business in the interest of the members.
  • The member agrees to pay the designated membership fees as formal acceptance of membership on an annual basis. Failure to pay within 30 days of formal demand shall invalidate the membership.
  • The member agrees to abide by the Constitution as shall be approved at the forth coming General Meeting.
